First-year, tenure-track assistant professors will receive an invitation before the start of each academic year to join the Academy and attend a kickoff luncheon at the beginning of the fall term.
Prospective tenure-track faculty members are invited to meet with the Academy director at any time to discuss future participation in the Academy as well as other support available through the Center for Teaching.

Participation in the Academy includes a variety of teaching resources and professional development opportunities.
